Global Head of Biostatistics

Job Summary

Global Head of Biostatistics is a permanent, remote executive leadership role responsible for providing strategic direction and operational oversight for a global biostatistics organization, focusing on growth and client partnerships rather than hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and drive the global biostatistics vision aligned with corporate growth and data science strategies
• Own full P&L accountability for the biostatistics function, including revenue generation and margin performance
• Lead and scale a multi-regional biostatistics organization ensuring consistent delivery standards and quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• 15+ years of progressive experience in biostatistics within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment
• Demonstrated success in leading large, globally distributed teams
• Proven experience with P&L ownership and senior-level financial accountability
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
