Global Head of Biostatistics

Job Summary

To lead and scale the global biostatistics organization, the remote Global Head of Biostatistics will define and execute the biostatistics strategy, drive commercial growth, and maintain full P&L ownership while collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global biostatistics strategy aligned with company growth objectives and industry trends
• Own and manage the full P&L for the global Biostatistics function, focusing on revenue growth and operational excellence
• Lead a global biostatistics organization, ensuring delivery excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• PhD or MSc in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
• 15+ years of progressive biostatistics experience within CROs, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical organizations
• Demonstrated success in leading large, global biostatistics teams and functional organizations
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and operational leadership
• Deep understanding of clinical development and regulatory requirements
