Global Head of Biostatistics

Job Summary

To lead and scale the global biostatistics organization, the remote Global Head of Biostatistics will define and execute the biostatistics strategy, manage full P&L responsibilities, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive commercial growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global biostatistics strategy aligned with company growth objectives and industry trends
• Own and manage the full P&L for the global Biostatistics function, including revenue growth and resource planning
• Lead a global biostatistics organization, ensuring delivery excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• PhD or MSc in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
• 15+ years of progressive biostatistics experience within CROs, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical organizations
• Demonstrated success leading large, global biostatistics teams and managing P&L responsibilities
• Significant executive or senior functional leadership experience with strong commercial responsibilities
• Deep understanding of clinical development, regulatory requirements, and global clinical trial operations
