Global Head of Biostatistics
Job Summary
Providing executive leadership for a global biostatistics organization, the remote Global Head of Biostatistics & Programming will define and execute strategies for business growth, oversee P&L responsibilities, and lead a high-performing team within a Clinical Research Organization.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the global biostatistics strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, forecasting, and resource planning
- Lead a global biostatistics organization, ensuring quality, scalability, and delivery excellence
Required qualifications
- PhD or MSc in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 15+ years of biostatistics experience within CRO, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations
- Experience leading large global teams across multiple regions
- Proven P&L ownership and business growth experience
- Strong understanding of clinical development and regulatory requirements
