Job Summary

Leading the global external communications strategy, the full-time Global Head of External Communications will manage communication plans, oversee PR agency relations, and cultivate media relationships to enhance brand visibility, all while working remotely from the eastern half of the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive external communication strategies that align with business objectives
• Oversee the day-to-day operations with the PR agency to maximize communication impact
• Cultivate media relationships and produce high-quality communication materials, including press releases and social media content

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Significant experience in a similar role, preferably in a global context
• Proven expertise in media relations and crisis management
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
• Digital savvy with a solid understanding of social media platforms
