Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Head of Customer Success (SMB).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a high-performing Customer Success team
  • Manage customer success activities including onboarding, product adoption, and renewal lifecycle management
  • Drive regional Customer Success outcomes to increase retention and improve customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience leading high-performing teams, preferably in the fitness/wellness space
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing a P&L
  • Experience managing teams and customer relationships across multiple geographies
  • Proven ability to develop and scale teams while considering succession planning
  • Experience with Salesforce, Slack, and Gainsight; knowledge of fitness technology is a bonus
