Global Head of Data Science

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Head of Data Science to provide leadership in clinical data management and biostatistics for a remote, executive-level position.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a global data science strategy integrating data management, biostatistics, and statistical programming
• Drive innovation by translating advanced analytics and methodologies into scalable solutions
• Act as an executive partner to clients, providing insights on study design and regulatory expectations
• Oversee global financial performance, including revenue growth and pricing strategy
• Set governance standards for regulatory compliance and risk management

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MSc, or equivalent) in a related quantitative discipline
• 12-18 years of progressive leadership experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment
• Experience leading large, global data science or analytics organizations
• Proven P&L ownership with strong commercial acumen
• Extensive experience engaging with senior leadership and global health authorities
