Global Head of Data Science

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Head of Data Science to provide leadership in clinical data management, biostatistics, and statistical programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a global data science strategy integrating data management, biostatistics, and statistical programming
• Drive innovation by translating advanced analytics and methodologies into scalable solutions
• Act as an executive partner to clients, providing strategic insights on study design and data-driven decision making

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MSc, or equivalent) in a quantitative discipline
• 12-18 years of progressive leadership experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology setting
• Successful leadership of large, global data science or analytics organizations
• Proven P&L ownership and strong commercial acumen
• Extensive experience engaging with senior leadership and global health authorities
