Global Head of Data Science

Job Summary

Leading a global data science organization, the full-time Global Head of Data Science will define enterprise strategy, drive commercial growth, and manage global P&L across Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, and Statistical Programming while working remotely within the United States with travel.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the global data science vision, integrating Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, and Statistical Programming
• Position data science as a key commercial differentiator and revenue growth driver
• Own global P&L responsibility, including pricing, margins, and investment decisions

Required qualifications:

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MSc, or equivalent) in a quantitative or life sciences discipline
• 20+ years of leadership experience within CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environments
• Proven experience leading global, multi-disciplinary data science organizations
• Demonstrated global P&L ownership and strong commercial orientation
• Extensive experience engaging senior sponsors and global regulatory authorities
