Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Employee Share Plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global plan administration and processing for employee share plans
• Oversee participant support and ensure high-quality client service
• Manage client implementations and event services, ensuring seamless onboarding and delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years in employee share plans, compensation, or client servicing, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role
• Experience in employee share plan operations and client servicing
• Strong project management and implementation skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and governance
