Job Summary

Seeking a highly operational and strategic Global Head of HR, this full-time remote position will manage the development and scaling of the global People function, focusing on recruiting, people operations, compensation, and organizational design during a period of hypergrowth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the global HR function, including recruiting, compensation, and employee experience
  • Partner with leadership to shape organizational structure and long-term talent initiatives
  • Drive compensation, compliance, and international HR operations to support rapid growth
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading People Operations and Recruiting functions at high-growth tech companies
  • Strong knowledge of US employment practices and HR operational processes
  • Experience scaling international teams across multiple countries and functions
  • Track record of recruiting and retaining top-tier talent in competitive markets
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with executive leadership
