Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related IT support experience, or high school diploma and 12+ years of IT-related experience
- Proven experience leading global IT service desk operations in a multinational organization
- In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure and IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
- Strong leadership experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams
- Track record of driving operational excellence through process improvements and technology integration
