Required Qualifications and Education

  • Proven experience leading global IT service desk operations in a multinational organization
  • In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure and IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
  • Strong leadership experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams
  • Track record of driving operational excellence through process improvements and technology integration
