Global Head of Partner Programs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Head of Partner Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic overhaul of the Pigment Partner Network and enhance the partner lifecycle experience
• Design and manage a multi-track program governing the partner lifecycle globally
• Own the roadmap for the Partner Portal and develop a global partner communications strategy

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Partner Programs or Channel Operations in high-growth B2B SaaS
• 4+ years of experience with financial modeling related to ecosystem investments
• Deep expertise in RevOps and Partner tech stack, including Salesforce and PRM platforms
• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred
• Proven track record of scaling partner programs to a global level
