Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Head of People.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of company-wide People Strategy in alignment with business goals
• Oversee operational management of the People portfolio, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on organizational design and workforce planning

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in People leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience in scaling people infrastructure in global or high-growth environments
• Expertise in employment law, policy development, and HR best practices across jurisdictions
• Familiarity with people systems and data-driven decision making
