Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the global HR function, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations
• Lead critical hiring processes across various roles and ensure quality and consistency
• Collaborate with senior leaders on organizational design, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing, international organization
• Hands-on background with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries and employment structures
• Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations
• Strong judgment and business acumen for pragmatic decision-making
