Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People (Global).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operate the full spectrum of HR functions globally, including Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement
• Lead critical hiring processes and partner with senior leaders on organizational design and performance management
• Build and mentor a high-quality HR team while managing compliance and improving HR processes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing international organization
• Strong hands-on background with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries and employment structures
• Solid expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations
• High ownership mindset and ability to work closely with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
