Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People (Global).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end HR function globally, including Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
• Lead critical hiring processes and support performance management and leadership development
• Design and improve HR processes and systems while managing compliance across multiple jurisdictions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing, international organization
• Strong hands-on background with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries and employment structures
• Solid expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations
• High ownership mindset with strong judgment and business acumen
