Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People (Global).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the global HR function, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, and HR Operations
  • Lead critical hiring processes and support organizational design and performance management initiatives
  • Manage HR compliance, payroll, and benefits across multiple jurisdictions while building and mentoring the HR team
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing, international organization
  • Strong hands-on background with strategic and execution capabilities
  • Experience managing HR across multiple countries and employment structures
  • Solid expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to make pragmatic decisions in ambiguous situations
