Job Summary
Global Head of People, responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a focus on hiring, performance management, and employee engagement in a full-time, hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the global HR function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations
- Lead critical hiring initiatives and support organizational design and workforce planning
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing, international organization
- Strong hands-on background with strategic and execution capabilities
- Experience managing HR across multiple countries and diverse employment structures
- Solid expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations
- High ownership mindset and ability to work closely with senior leaders in a dynamic environment
