Global Head of People, responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a focus on hiring, performance management, and employee engagement in a full-time, hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the global HR function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations
• Lead critical hiring initiatives and support organizational design and workforce planning
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing, international organization
• Strong hands-on background with strategic and execution capabilities
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries and diverse employment structures
• Solid expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations
• High ownership mindset and ability to work closely with senior leaders in a dynamic environment
