Job Summary
To lead the global HR function, the full-time Head of People will manage all aspects of human resources across multiple countries, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end HR function globally, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and Employee Engagement
- Personally lead critical hiring efforts across various roles, ensuring quality and consistency
- Partner with senior leaders on organization design, workforce planning, and performance management initiatives
Required qualifications
- Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing, international organization
- Strong hands-on background with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
- Experience managing HR across multiple countries and diverse employment structures
- Solid expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations
- High ownership mindset with the ability to solve problems directly
