Job Summary

To lead the global HR function, the full-time Head of People will manage all aspects of human resources across multiple countries, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end HR function globally, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and Employee Engagement
  • Personally lead critical hiring efforts across various roles, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Partner with senior leaders on organization design, workforce planning, and performance management initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing, international organization
  • Strong hands-on background with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
  • Experience managing HR across multiple countries and diverse employment structures
  • Solid expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to solve problems directly
