Job Summary

Hands-on and results-oriented, the full-time Global Head of People will own and operate the entire HR function across a hybrid environment, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement while building a high-quality HR team in a fast-growing, international organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end HR function globally, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations
  • Lead critical hiring initiatives across various roles, ensuring quality and consistency in the hiring process
  • Partner with senior leaders on organization design, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing, international organization
  • Strong hands-on background with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
  • Experience managing HR across multiple countries and employment structures
  • Solid expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations
  • Strong judgment and business acumen for making pragmatic decisions in ambiguous situations
