Job Summary
To shape a global People function during a transformative growth phase, the remote contract Global Head of People and Talent will define and deliver a comprehensive People strategy, lead a multi-region HR function, and act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement a global People strategy that supports organizational growth
- Build and manage a high-performing HR function across multiple regions, including APAC, EMEA, and the Americas
- Drive organizational design and talent strategy while introducing AI-enabled HR innovations
Required qualifications
- Proven HR leadership experience in a global, multi-country scale-up environment
- Strong exposure to HR practices across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas
- Experience in building and scaling People functions from the ground up
- Deep expertise in employee relations, terminations, and global compliance
- Track record of delivering HR transformation and AI-enabled solutions
