Job Summary

To shape a global People function during a transformative growth phase, the remote contract Global Head of People and Talent will define and deliver a comprehensive People strategy, lead a multi-region HR function, and act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a global People strategy that supports organizational growth
• Build and manage a high-performing HR function across multiple regions, including APAC, EMEA, and the Americas
• Drive organizational design and talent strategy while introducing AI-enabled HR innovations

Required qualifications

• Proven HR leadership experience in a global, multi-country scale-up environment
• Strong exposure to HR practices across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas
• Experience in building and scaling People functions from the ground up
• Deep expertise in employee relations, terminations, and global compliance
• Track record of delivering HR transformation and AI-enabled solutions
