Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Global Head of People, the full-time hybrid role will manage the entire HR function across multiple countries, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end HR function globally, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations
- Lead critical hiring initiatives across various roles while ensuring quality and consistency in the process
- Partner with founders and senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management
Required qualifications
- Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing, international organization
- Strong hands-on background with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
- Experience managing HR across multiple countries and employment structures
- Solid expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations
- High ownership mindset with the ability to solve problems directly
