Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Head of People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global team of HR Generalists to ensure high-quality HR support and policy implementation
• Partner with regional leadership to deliver effective and consistent people operations services
• Architect and manage the global HR technology roadmap, including HRIS implementation and process optimization

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR/People Operations, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Deep knowledge of HR operations, shared services models, and global people processes
• Experience leading large-scale HR technology and HRIS implementations
• Strong data and analytics orientation to inform decisions and improve operations
• Experience managing global, remote People Operations or HR teams in distributed environments
