Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Global Head of Product Security and Risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global product security and risk strategy to ensure secure and compliant product launches
• Embed security, compliance, and risk requirements into product design and engineering processes
• Serve as the primary executive interface with regulators and partners on security and compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services
• Deep knowledge of blockchain, decentralized finance, and emerging Web3 ecosystems
• Proven experience in designing and scaling risk and compliance programs in regulated environments
• 10+ years of experience leading global teams
• Experience with cloud-native applications and services across platforms like AWS or GCP
