Global Head of SDLC Solutions

Job Summary

Driving the growth of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Developer Experience (DevEx) practice, the full-time Global Head of SDLC Solutions will lead the creation of innovative service offerings, enhance delivery quality, and establish global standards while working remotely across North America, the UK, or France.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of unique SDLC/DevEx product offerings, from concept to market-ready solutions
• Package accumulated project experience into repeatable Solution Blueprints to improve sales cycles and delivery efficiency
• Drive the uplift of SDLC/DevEx assets to enhance client impact and reduce rework across regions

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in professional services or technology consulting, with a focus on SDLC, DevOps, or engineering tooling
• Proven track record of building and scaling professional services practices, including the creation of repeatable offerings and IP assets
• Deep familiarity with AI applications in software development, including hands-on experience with agentic AI tools
• Extensive knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem and its role in SDLC modernization
• Experience engaging with senior executives, particularly in positioning strategy and business value at the CTO or VP Engineering level
