Job Summary
To define and scale the strategic direction of social media across a multi-brand portfolio, the full-time remote Global Head of Social Media Marketing will lead a high-performing team, develop organic social strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Set and own the long-term vision and strategy for the global social media presence across brands and platforms
- Lead and develop a distributed social team, establishing quality standards for content development and performance measurement
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align social strategy with major campaigns and business priorities, influencing executive social presence
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in social media with substantial leadership experience in global B2B organizations
- Proven success in leading and scaling high-performing social teams, particularly in enterprise technology or SaaS
- Deep expertise in organic social strategy and experience with executive social programs
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data to shape strategy and improve performance
- A collaborative leadership style with high emotional intelligence and a bias toward action
