Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the multi-year Global Total Rewards vision aligned with the company's long-term strategy
- Architect scalable global compensation and benefits frameworks to ensure consistency and local flexibility
- Direct the execution of annual global compensation cycles and oversee global compensation operations
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Global Total Rewards, including 5 years in an executive leadership role
- Deep understanding of global business models and financial drivers
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders on executive compensation frameworks
- Knowledge of international labor laws and compliance frameworks
- Skills in change management and influencing at the C-suite level
