Global Healthcare Compliance Director

Job Summary

Leading the development and optimization of compliance operations, the full-time Associate Director, Global Healthcare Compliance Operations will enhance systems and processes supporting healthcare professional engagements and global compliance initiatives in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and enhance compliance operations, systems, and workflows
• Support HCP/HCO engagement processes, transparency reporting, and third-party compliance activities
• Develop compliance metrics, dashboards, and reporting capabilities

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare compliance or related pharmaceutical/biotechnology functions
• Experience implementing and managing compliance-related systems and technology platforms
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, including AKS, FCA, FDA regulations, and transparency reporting
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvements
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, JD, or equivalent preferred
