Global Hedge Fund Strategy Leader

Job Summary

To build and lead a global hedge fund practice, the full-time Global Head of Hedge Fund Partnerships & Strategy will define and execute VAST's hedge fund strategy, develop executive relationships within the hedge fund ecosystem, and drive market intelligence while enabling internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute VAST's global hedge fund strategy and establish the company as a trusted partner within the hedge fund community
• Build and maintain senior relationships with key executives across the hedge fund ecosystem and serve as a trusted advisor
• Identify emerging trends and translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for product and engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working with or selling into hedge funds or financial services organizations
• Deep network of executive relationships across the hedge fund ecosystem
• Proven ability to build strategic programs or industry practices from the ground up
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure, AI infrastructure, or quantitative research environments
• Experience influencing product strategy and collaborating with engineering and product organizations
