Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global People Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to influence key decisions
  • Advocate for Global People and Culture programs and manage employee lifecycle processes
  • Provide performance management guidance and support recruiting efforts for client groups
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR Generalist / HR Business Partner experience
  • Working knowledge of global HR disciplines, including compensation and DEI
  • Proven track record in managing organizational changes, preferably internationally
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an international, matrix organization
