Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the people management agenda and change management projects
  • Identify and prepare development plans for key and high-potential employees
  • Engage in talent management processes to maximize growth and meet client goals
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a global HR capacity, particularly in payroll, benefits, and talent management
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and applicable laws
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/-SCP certification obtained or in progress; GPHR certification strongly desired
