Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the people management agenda and change management projects
- Identify and prepare development plans for key and high-potential employees
- Engage in talent management processes to maximize growth and meet client goals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a global HR capacity, particularly in payroll, benefits, and talent management
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and applicable laws
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/-SCP certification obtained or in progress; GPHR certification strongly desired
