Job Summary
As a vital member of the management team, the full-time Global HR Business Partner will drive people management initiatives, support talent development, and facilitate change management projects in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the people management agenda and facilitate discussions within the internal client's management team
- Identify and prepare development plans for key and high-potential employees, promoting talent across functions
- Engage in enterprise talent management processes and support the delivery of HR programs tailored to client needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a global HR capacity, including knowledge of payroll, benefits, and talent management
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and applicable laws
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/-SCP certification preferred; GPHR certification strongly desired
