Job Summary

Driving HR transformation through AI-powered content strategies, the full-time Global HR Content Lead will manage content architecture, governance, and optimization efforts while working remotely to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align multi-year content strategy with HR transformation objectives and establish a content maturity model
• Design governance frameworks and content lifecycle management processes to ensure quality and relevance of HR materials
• Implement AI-enhanced search optimization and standardized content templates to improve user accessibility and engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in content development, knowledge management, or digital HR
• Hands-on experience with AI writing and content tools
• Demonstrated ability in prompt engineering for AI-assisted content generation
