• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices while managing employee relations and HR documentation

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Minimum 7 years' experience in a Human Resources role managing others
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a multi-national organization supporting a global workforce
• Strong background in developing and implementing HR strategy across borders
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
