Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR initiatives and provide guidance to employees and managers
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and manage recruitment processes
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, oversee performance management, and support employee engagement

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of HR management experience in a global organization
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws in multiple countries
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• SHRM or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• Experience working in global, geographically dispersed organizations is a plus
