Job Summary
Leading global People Operations, the full-time remote Global HR Manager will manage the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding, while serving as a strategic advisor to leadership and ensuring compliance across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Own every operational touchpoint of the employee experience, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
- Serve as a strategic HR business partner, providing data-informed insights to the executive team and identifying workforce trends
- Manage the recruiting function, including sourcing strategies and hiring processes, to build high-performing teams
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience supporting global, distributed teams
- Proven ability to build trust with executives and integrate people strategies into business decisions
- Hands-on experience with multi-jurisdictional HR compliance and employment law
- Strong operational skills with a focus on building effective HR systems and processes
- Experience in improving recruiting operations with a balance of speed, quality, and candidate experience
