Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience with a focus on compensation cycles and HR operations
• Industry experience in software development or technology
• Global Total Rewards and HR operations experience, particularly in the U.S. and Europe
• High-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Radford for benchmarking and compensation analysis
