Job Summary

Leading the global HR Operations Center of Excellence remotely, the full-time salaried Global HR Operations Director will oversee strategy, governance, and execution of HR operational functions, including compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR analytics, while ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish strategic direction for compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and compliant practices
• Provide executive oversight of global payroll operations and lead the design and administration of benefits programs
• Oversee HR operations, ensuring data accuracy and strong operational controls across all HR functions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree or professional certifications preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, payroll, benefits, or total rewards
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary HR functions in a global environment
• Strong background in payroll compliance, benefits administration, and HR operational governance
• Demonstrated experience with audit readiness and regulatory compliance
