A company is looking for a Head of Global HR Operations Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an international team of HR Operations specialists
• Analyze labor legislation and ensure compliance of HR processes across all locations
• Develop and implement HR processes while optimizing payments and coordinating with finance

Required Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations and compliance
• Knowledge of labor legislation in at least two countries
• Experience with external providers such as EoR, payroll, and legal
• Proficient in Excel with experience in payroll systems and HR data analysis
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
