Job Summary

Serving as a key resource for HR functions, the full-time Global HR Partner will manage recruitment, training, and employee relations while working remotely, preferably from Kenya or other African time zones, to support an inclusive and engaged global team.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR matters and serve as a liaison between IEEFA and the Employer of Record (EOR)
  • Partner with the HR Director to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
  • Lead recruitment efforts and facilitate orientation and training programs for employees
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible HR experience, including at least 2 years supporting leaders and personnel
  • Experience supporting a distributed workforce
  • Commitment to IEEFA's mission of promoting a diverse and sustainable economy
