Job Summary

Leading global HR risk management initiatives, the full-time Global HR People Ops Risk Management Leader will oversee compliance, governance, and operational risk processes related to employee and payroll information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with global controllership and tax teams to develop and implement operational risk control frameworks for HR Services
  • Lead regulatory projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while maintaining effective control processes
  • Mentor regional and local teams to foster a culture of compliance and strong internal controls within HR operations
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources and HR Operations Service Delivery
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Specialized expertise in payroll governance and operational risk management within a multinational organization
  • Significant experience with payroll processes and regulatory compliance in an operations/service-oriented environment
  • Experience with global mobility programs and time and attendance systems, ideally in manufacturing environments
