Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HR technology leadership and digital transformation in a global organization
• Strong track record of implementing HRIS and ATS systems across multiple territories
• Experience with AI, automation, or intelligent workflows in an HR context
• Strong data literacy with experience in data governance and analytics tools
• Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills
