Global HR Technology Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance the global HR technology ecosystem, the full-time Global People Data & Technology Specialist will administer and optimize various HR platforms, drive transformation initiatives, and support data management and reporting, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive global HRIS implementations and transformation initiatives to standardize People & Culture processes
- Administer and maintain HR technology platforms, ensuring data accuracy and system performance
- Prepare and distribute P&C reports and dashboards, responding to reporting requests effectively
Required qualifications
- Equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field; degree preferred
- Hands-on experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar systems
- Strong Excel skills, including data cleanup, validation, and basic analysis
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- HR technology certifications, such as Workday or SAP, are a plus
