Global HRIS Integration Lead

Job Summary

To support the integration of HR applications, the full-time Global HRIS Integration Lead will manage offshore resources, develop integration processes, and ensure the successful implementation and monitoring of HR data integrations in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of integration solutions for HR applications
• Monitor existing integration processes, resolve issues, and support quarterly upgrades to Oracle Cloud HCM
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and establish integration standards and protocols

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and automating end-to-end integrations in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Proficiency in REST, XML, JSON, SOAP, and related technologies
• Hands-on experience managing OIC and OCI infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong project management skills and understanding of SDLC methodologies
