Global Immigration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Immigration Specialist to join their growing Immigration team for the Americas and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support immigration casework from start to finish, including case assessment, documentation collection, case submission, and monitoring progress until case completion
• Act as liaison between candidates and In-Country partners or governmental authorities, providing continuous support and coordination to keep the immigration process moving
• Guide clients and candidates on relevant immigration policies, set expectations on process and timeline, and ensure compliance with local immigration authorities

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Immigration or Global Mobility
• Research-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Technology-literate, including G suite applications
• Interest in international corporate immigration
• Fluency in English is required, business proficiency in Spanish and fluency in one or more European languages is highly preferred
