Global Immigration Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting international immigration efforts, the full-time Global Immigration Specialist will serve as the main point of contact for managers and employees regarding immigration matters outside the United States while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance partnerships with global vendors to ensure compliance with immigration policies
• Guide employees and managers on immigration requirements and facilitate the assessment of candidates for sponsorship eligibility
• Analyze complex immigration matters and communicate solutions while identifying process improvements to enhance employee experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related area, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate business immigration in EMEA, APAC, and Canada
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
