Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Incentive Compensation Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop annual executive, sales, and business incentive compensation programs
Coordinate and communicate incentive plans to finance and other relevant teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure plans align with business objectives and maintain competitiveness in the marketplace

Required Qualifications:

Experience designing multiple types of incentive compensation plans in a global company
Previous experience leading an incentive compensation team
Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
Compensation certifications (CCP, CSCP, GRP) are a plus
8-10 years of previous incentive plan design experience
