Global Incentive Compensation Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Incentive Compensation Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop annual executive, sales, and business incentive compensation programs
• Coordinate and communicate incentive plans to finance and other relevant teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure plans align with business objectives and maintain competitiveness in the marketplace

Required Qualifications:

• Experience designing multiple types of incentive compensation plans in a global company
• Previous experience leading an incentive compensation team
• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
• Compensation certifications (CCP, CSCP, GRP) are a plus
• 8-10 years of previous incentive plan design experience
