Key Responsibilities

• Oversee claims management and ensure compliance with local and international insurance regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, risk management, or business administration; Master's degree or professional certifications preferred
• 15+ years of experience in risk management, captive insurance, or compliance, preferably in a corporate insurance department
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage internal and external teams
• In-depth knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and regulatory requirements
• Strong understanding of financial, operational, and regulatory risk domains
