Global Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely or from the Austin, TX HQ, the contract Global Intelligence Analyst will monitor global incidents and threats, communicate critical information to customers, and ensure timely and accurate reporting during critical events, with a schedule of Tuesday & Thursday to Saturday from 2:00pm to 12:00am CT.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize source tools to identify and monitor incidents and potential threats globally
• Communicate critical information effectively and provide updates as necessary
• Collaborate with the Global Intelligence team to maintain and enhance monitoring sources

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in analytical or problem-solving roles
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills under pressure
• General knowledge of current events and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Flexibility to accommodate a 24/7 work schedule as needed
